Course:
Swim: 0.5 mile swim in a large
spring fed pond. Pond temperature usually at or near 70°
F.
Bike: 14.5 miles along fast,
back country roads between Pocomoke City and Stockton.
Run: 3.5 miles, fast out and
back course on grass & asphalt.
Amenities:
First & Second Male & Female Overall
(Under 40 & Over 40)
First, Second & Third Age Groups for
Males & Females
Professionally Timed By:
Charm City Run who will be giving
splits and overall time results the day of the event.
