2007. We will run with the Worcester
County School calendar. Half-day
programs are not available.

New children pay a one-time registration fee
of $25.00 in addition to their first monthly
payment. All payments must be made by
the 15th of the month for the
following month in order to ensure your
child's place in the program. We accept Purchase of
Care. Financial Assistance is
available to those who qualify.
Child Care
Registration
In order to register for the after school
program, you must have the following
paperwork with you. Current and
up-to-date immunization records, child's
most recent physical, and insurance card.
The remaining packet may be filled out by
the parent/guardian at registration.
Bring your child's doctor's phone number and
address, names addresses and phone numbers
of anyone you authorize to pick up your
child up and court custody papers if
necessary. If you child will need to
take medication while in our care, please
have a medication form filled out as well.
All registration should be completed through
ReBecca Arnold by appointment. Your
child is not fully registered until you

Holiday
Break Program
When Worcester County Schools are closed due
to a professional day or holiday, you may
sign your child for all day child care at
the YMCA where they will participate in
swimming, arts & crafts, sports, group games
and more. We must have 15 students to
run each program. A swim suit, towel
and lunch are needed daily.

If children do not have school due to
inclement weather, we ill have all day care
beginning at 8:30 a.m. Your child does
not have a to be enrolled in the after
school programs in order to attend.
Please send them with their swimsuit and
lunch. Payment is required in the
morning before leaving your child for the
day.

Klub
A fun filled program to help develop basic
socialization skills, build self-confidence
and help children learn how to "get along"
in a group situation. Games, songs,
arm movement activities and story time are
all part of the fun. Each child brings
their own lunch and drink. NO PARENTS.

Kids
Register for this workshop where kids will
enjoy a variety of hands on crafts including
painting without brushes, bubble painting,
sand art and more all while you work out.
Please have your child wear a smock each
night and bring a snack.

Rentals
Need a place to hold your child's birthday
party or how about a baby shower? We
have the space available to comfortably
accommodate up to 30 people. Packages
are available in the following options:
Gymnasium Birthday Party (ages 3-12)
45 minutes gym games or sports (parent led)
15 minutes transition
60 minutes Party Room
Swimming Birthday Party (ages 3-12)
Adults must go in the water with all
non-swimmers and any child with a flotation
devise.
45 minutes free swim in the pool
15 minutes change from swim (parents
supervision required)

Youth
Group Overnights
Are you looking for something exciting for
your youth group to do? Bring them to
the YMCA for swimming and gym activities.
Overnights run from 8:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. on
Friday and Saturday nights. The pool
is available from 8:30-10:30 p.m. for an
additional charge. There is a minimum
requirement of 1 chaperone per 10 children.
A YMCA staff member will be present to
supervise the building overnight. All
activities will be led by your youth group.
Equipment will be made available for your
use. The aerobics room, fitness center
and office area are not included in this
rental.
Fees:
Cost without pool $200.00 for 1-100
people
Cost with pool $250.00 for 1-30
people; $300.00 for 31-60 people; $350 for
61-100 people
