Time: Pre-Race Meeting
at 8:30 a.m.; Race starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Place: Lower Shore
Family YMCA, 1900 Worcester Hwy, Pocomoke City, MD 21851
TRIATHLON:
Individual Fees:
$55 if registered before April 1,
2011
$70 if registered after April 1-30, 2011
$85 if registering May 1 or later
including the day of
the triathlon - June 4, 2011
Team Fees:
$95 if registered before April 1,
2011
$105 if registered after April 1,
2011
Kids Tri Fees: $5
Course:
Swim: 0.5 mile swim in a large
spring fed pond. Pond temperature usually at or near 70°
F.
Bike: 14.5 miles along fast,
back country roads between Pocomoke City and Stockton.
Run: 3.5 miles, fast out and
back course on grass & asphalt.
KIDS TRI:
Two Age Groups: 7-11
years old and 12-14 years old
Kids Course:
Swim: 100 yard
Bike: 2 miles
Run: 0.5 mile
Child Care: There will be FREE child care provided by the Lower Shore Family
YMCA certified Child Watch staff available to all race participants. Due
to staffing concerns, please call the YMCA for details and to register your
child/children.

Professionally Timed By:
Charm City Timing who will be giving
splits and overall time results the day of the event.
