Time: Pre-Race Meeting
at 8:30 a.m.; Race starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.

TRIATHLON:
Individual Fees:
$60.00 if registered before March 1, 2010
$70.00 if registered after March 1, 2010
$85.00 if registering on the day of
the triathlon - June 5, 2010
Team Fees:
$95.00 if registered before March 1,
2010
$105.00 if registered after March 1,
2010
$130.00 if registering on the day of
the triathlon - June 5, 2010
USAT Fees: For those
individuals who are not members of
USAT, there may be an additional race
day license fee. Please

Packet Pick-Up:
Friday, June 4, 2010 from 4:00-7:00
p.m. at Don's Seafood and Chicken Restaurant located on Route 13 in Pocomoke City, MD.
Saturday, June 5, 2010 from 7:00-8:30
a.m. at the Lower Shore Family YMCA located at 1900 Worcester Hwy, Pocomoke
City, MD.
Course:
Swim: 0.5 mile swim in a large
spring fed pond. Pond temperature usually at or near 70°
F.
Bike: 14.5 miles along fast,
back country roads between Pocomoke City and Stockton.
Run: 3.5 miles, fast out and
back course on grass & asphalt.
KIDS TRI:
Kids Fees:
$5.00 if registered before March 1,
2010 (covers USAT fee)
$8.00 if registered after March 1,
2010 (covers USAT fee)
Two Age Groups: 7-11
years old and 12-14 years old
Kids Course:
Swim: 100 yard
Bike: 2 miles
Run: 0.5 mile
Child Care: Againthis
year, there will be FREE child care provided by the Lower Shore Family
YMCA certified Child Watch staff available to all race participants. Due
to staffing concerns, please call the YMCA for details and to register your
child/children.

splits and overall time results the day of the event.
